Key Accountabilities:
- Control and verify the personnel attendance on site.
- Administering personnel’s timesheets, salary calculation.
- Manpower reports preparation, tracking and registering the progress reports daily.
- Purchasing consumables for office and site.
- Liaising between HR Office and Admin Office on site.
- Assisting Administrative Support Manager on daily tasks when required.
- Site inventory, transportation/delivery control.
- Administering personnel’s timesheets.
Requirements:
- Higher education
- Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational, proactive, and detail-oriented skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a team
- Intermediate knowledge of documentation processes, including orders, reports, presentations, time sheets, and other related documents
