  • Support the digitalization of procurement through ERP systems and reporting tools.

Requirements

Education & Qualifications / Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, preferably obtained from an international institution.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, PMP, RICS) are an advantage.
  • 5–10 years of civil engineering experience, with at least 3 years in MEP/technical categories in construction.
  • Proven track record in large-scale real estate, construction, or infrastructure projects.
  • Experience negotiating and managing high-value, technically complex contracts.
  • Familiarity with international supplier markets (Middle East, Europe, Asia).

Required skills:

  • Deep technical knowledge of MEP systems, infrastructure, and specialist materials.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capabilities.
  • Analytical approach to bid evaluation and benchmarking.
  • Familiarity with FIDIC and similar contract forms.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
