Description
- Communicate effectively with site team members and subcontractors
- Coordinate and direct subcontractors on the project site
- Supervise daily construction activities in line with design and specifications
- Monitor work progress throughout all project phases and report deviations
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly site progress reports for internal use
- Review and verify reports and logs submitted by subcontractors
- Manage on-site logistics related to resource allocation and site flow
- Track availability and provision of materials at the point of use
- Ensure high-quality workmanship is delivered and project standards are maintained
- Support the implementation of project schedule and sequencing of work
Requirements
Təhsil / Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction, or related field
Müəyyən sahələrdə peşəkarliq (dərəcələri) / Specific areas of expertise:
- Site supervision, project coordination, construction detailing
İş təcrübəsi / Work experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in construction site supervision
Dil və kompyuter proqramları bilikləri / Language and computer programs knowledge (Microsoft Office):
- MS Office, AutoCAD
- Azerbaijani – fluent; English – intermediate
