Timekeeper

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily attendance records of employees working on site.
  • Monitor and verify entry and exit data through turnstiles, access control systems, and other attendance tracking tools.
  • Calculate working hours, overtime, night shifts, and work performed on rest days in accordance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Prepare monthly attendance and working time reports for submission to HR and management.
  • Maintain accurate records of delays, permissions, annual leaves, sick leaves, and business trips.
  • Ensure the accuracy and correctness of data entered into systems such as SAP, Excel, or other internal platforms.
  • Provide timekeeping-related information and reports as requested by management and relevant departments.
  • Prepare, verify, and report daily work records of subcontractors to site management.
  • Coordinate with HR and site administration regarding workforce-related documentation and updates.
  • Maintain confidentiality and proper filing of employee attendance and workforce records.

Education: Not required

Specific areas of expertise: Attendance tracking, workforce timekeeping, data entry accuracy, reporting, and basic payroll-related calculations.

Work experience: 2 years of experience in timekeeping, payroll support, site administration, or similar administrative roles.

Language and computer programs knowledge (Microsoft Office):

  • Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of SAP or similar systems is an advantage.
  • Fluent in Azerbaijani; basic knowledge of English is an advantage.
