Our company is currently looking for a “Junior HSE Officer” to work under the following conditions:

Work Location: Baku, Azerbaijan (Onshore)

Type of Assignment: Contract

Contract Duration: Permanent

Work Schedule: 5 days a week based on 8 hours per day

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: 800-1000 azn

HSE Officer, duties, and responsibilities:

• Ensure HSE compliance in field operations and monitor safety measures on-site.
• Assist in the completion and supervision of state-mandated HSE journals.
• Conduct safety observations and report any hazardous conditions.
• Support in incident reporting and follow-up actions.
• Assist in organizing safety briefings and toolbox talks.
• Monitor and ensure the proper use of PPE and safety equipment.

HSE Officer, desired experience:

• A degree in HSE or Engineering is mandatory.
• Knowledge of local HSE regulations and legal requirements is essential.
• Ability to complete and oversee state-mandated HSE documentation.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Eagerness to learn and develop in the HSE field.
