Working Pattern: Employee Fixed Term / Full Time
As the QA/QC Inspector, you will:
- Be Azerbaijani citizen
- Conduct Vendor QC Inspections / Audits and site visits both on and offshore
- Check and approve equipment and fabrication pack / data dossiers
- Manage and coordinate QA of the QC Inspection i.e. SIR’s, defects register, punch list sign off etc
- WPS selection for PD&MS construction works
- Coordinate third party inspectors to satisfy quality plan requirements
- Monitor and measure vendor quality performance, conduct analysis and report trends
- Compile and issue QA/QC Reports
- Liaise with Procurement and Materials department to ascertain Inspection schedules
- Assist with the development, management and continued improvement of QC system in alignment
with management system - Attend and input to quality meetings
- Responsible for ensuring professional development is maintained and identified competency requirements are
undertaken in a timely manner - Adherence to the company integrated management system
- Compliance with quality assurance, health and safety and environmental policies
- Demonstrate and promote PD&MS QHSE principles and lead by example
- Ensure unsafe activities are challenged
- Adherence to the requirements of the best practice standards recommendations and processes in the
undertaking of duties, in particular, risk assessment and control, reliability and failure prevention necessary to
ensure the safe design, provision and use of tools, equipment and systems - Demonstrate and promote PD&MS values and lead by example

Qualifications:
- CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Demonstrable experience in developing and maintaining
environmental, quality assurance and quality control systems - Good understanding of Codes/standards requirements, typically ASME, AWS, BS EN and DNV
- Demonstrable exposure to and understanding of NDT techniques and processes
- Good understanding of the Company held certification standards
- Demonstrable experience of delivering a safe operation in the work environment
- Understanding of contractual, commercial and cost issues
- Demonstrable experience in conducting Audits
- Demonstrable experience of Risk Management
- Competent in the use of MS Office Applications
- Survival BOSIET/FOET with CA-EBS
- MIST
- Excellent written and spoken English
