About the Role:
Polaris Production Belgium is seeking a creative and proactive Marketing & Social Media Manager to support our international projects. You will manage and grow our digital presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and email marketing, while also handling graphic design tasks for online campaigns.
This role is part-time (4 hours daily) and offers the opportunity to work with a European-based team on international projects in events, exhibitions, and design.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the company’s Instagram and LinkedIn profiles
- Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, articles) aligned with brand guidelines
- Design visuals, presentations, and digital graphics using design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, client updates, promotional campaigns)
- Monitor engagement, track analytics, and prepare performance reports
- Coordinate with the Belgium-based team for marketing strategies and campaigns
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Azerbaijani (both required)
- Proven experience in social media management (Instagram + LinkedIn)
- Strong skills in graphic design (Canva/Adobe Creative Suite or similar)
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Sendinblue)
- Creative mindset with ability to generate ideas for brand growth
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of SEO, content writing, and paid ads
- Experience in event marketing or international projects
