Role Summary: Manages all field surveying operations including GPR and GNSS/RTK teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage daily field operations.
- Coordinate underground GPR teams and above-ground GNSS/RTK surveyors.
- Assign tasks and monitor productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Solve field-level operational issues.
- Report field progress to GIS Project Manager.
Requirements:
- Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or similar.
- 5+ years in field surveying operations.
- Strong knowledge of GNSS/RTK workflows.
- Leadership and team management skills.
