Location: Shahdag, Gusar

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of architectural designs from conceptual sketches to final construction drawings.
• Utilize AutoCAD to produce high-quality, precise technical drawings, plans, sections, and details.
• Collaborate with Senior Architects to translate design concepts into technical documentation.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Participate in site visits to monitor progress and ensure alignment with architectural specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure project integration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in the architectural or construction field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory (experience with Revit, ArchiCAD, or Rhino is a strong plus).
• Strong understanding of technical drafting, construction materials, and structural systems.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and meet strict project deadlines.
• A portfolio showcasing technical drawing skills and previous project involvement.
• Good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
