Key responsibilities 

  • Architect and execute powerful sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth;
  • Lead, inspire, and scale a high-performing sales team;
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, investors, and strategic partnerships;
  • Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to negotiation and closing major contracts;
  • Strengthen market presence of the company;
  • Launch and oversee innovative marketing campaigns (digital, performance marketing, branding, PR, events);
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to stay ahead;
  • Prepare revenue forecasts, budgets, KPIs, and executive-level performance reports;
  • Represent the company in high-level meetings, exhibitions, and networking platforms;
  • Lead and coordinate the sales and marketing activities of the project, ensure the achievement of sales targets and strengthen the market presence of the company through effective promotion and client engagement. 

Preferred qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is an advantage);
  • 5+ years of proven experience in sales & marketing (construction/real estate preferred);
  • Strong track record of closing high-value deals and exceeding targets;
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability;
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills;
  • Leadership ability with experience managing teams and KPIs;
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and CRM systems;
  • High level of commercial awareness and business acumen;
  • Fluency in English (not mandatory).
