Job description:
- Preparation of marketing and sales strategy and budget for new and existing projects of the company;
- Continuous analysis in the field of marketing development;
- Organization of advertising for all types of current and new products and services offered by the company in the market;
- Preparation of marketing and sales strategy for new and existing projects of the company, working on plans and project implementation;
- Continuous analysis in marketing development;
- Preparation and organization of digital marketing campaigns;
- Work on increasing the effectiveness of digital sales and advertising channels used;
- Formation and constant monitoring of the company's image;
- Project development for improving the company's image;
- Continuous monitoring and informing management about the status of existing marketing campaigns of the company;
- Organization and research of both local and foreign markets;
- Conducting various tests and surveys;
- Creation and organization of contacts through mass media and advertising tools;
- Control over placement of banners and posts related to current promotions on social networks and our website, determination of budget and control over budget spending;
- Research and analysis of internal and external markets, competitors related to current and future products, and determining demand;
- Informing potential customers about the company's services;
- Monitoring the quality of information, advertising, and other related products provided to the company's employees, customers, and the public, in accordance with marketing policy and brand guidelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a manager or supervisor in marketing;
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
- Excellent knowledge of the Azerbaijani and English languages, Russian is an advantage;
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions;
- Highly organized with strong project management skills;
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions;
- Smart, proactive, and persistent in achieving goals;
- Ability to multitask and manage several digital projects and teams simultaneously;
- Knowledge of additional digital marketing tools and platforms.
