Job Overview: 

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Lawyer to join our legal team. The successful candidate will provide legal support and advice on a variety of matters, including contracts, compliance, and regulatory issues. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law graduate or early-career legal professional to gain valuable experience in the distribution industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and provide analysis on various legal issues affecting the company.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including industry-specific requirements.
• Support the Head of Legal in managing litigation, disputes, and other legal proceedings.
• Liaise with external legal counsel and other stakeholders as required.
• Help develop and implement internal policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks.
• Maintain and organize legal files and documentation.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company.
