We are looking for a qualified agent with experience in logistics, and concierge services.
This role requires a high level of organization, efficiency, and the ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and coordinate purchasing of goods and services based on VIP client requests
- Source products locally and internationally, ensuring quality, availability, and timely delivery
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and suppliers regarding order details, specifications, and deadlines
- Provide multiple suitable options (when required), including photos, prices, and specifications, in line with instructions
- Follow established processes for approvals, reporting, and documentation
- Ensure accurate and timely information flow regarding order status, delivery progress, and any changes
- Handle last-minute and urgent requests with high attention to detail
- Escalate issues, delays, or uncertainties immediately to avoid service disruption
- Ensure all actions align with the company’s service quality and VIP expectations

Salary: 1,300– 1,800 AZN (net)
