Responsibilities:
- Gather and document requirements with stakeholders and cross-functional teams through interviews, workshops, and research.
- Refine requirements and deliver BRDs, SRS, API docs, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Model processes with BPMN 2.0 (Camunda), UML, and contribute to high-level architecture views (ArchiMate/TOGAF).
- Conduct as-is/to-be analysis, identify solution options, gaps, and trade-offs.
- Lead workshops, align teams, define scope, and present findings.
- Benchmark systems and best practices; propose pragmatic solutions fitting business needs.
- Support backlog refinement and prioritization to align requirements with KPIs and business outcomes.
- Create and maintain data models (ERDs, PK/FK, normalization) and support data mapping across systems.
- Collaborate with Design to validate user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes (Figma); convert feedback into requirements.
- Work with QA on test scenarios, ensuring full traceability from requirements to test cases and UAT.
- Support integration design by interpreting Swagger/OpenAPI docs, clarifying payloads, and validating API requirements.
- Manage requirements through delivery, ensuring alignment with goals and supporting adoption via release notes, guides, training, and updates.
Required Experience:
- 2–4 years as an IT/Systems Analyst in a full SDLC environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach.
- Hands-on in requirements engineering (BRD/SRS, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria).
- Proficient in BPMN 2.0 (Camunda), with exposure to UML and ArchiMate/TOGAF.
- Comfortable with SQL (joins, CTEs, aggregates) and basic NoSQL concepts.
- Good understanding of system architecture, REST APIs, and Swagger/OpenAPI.
- Experience with Jira/Confluence or similar.
- Clear English communication and concise documentation skills.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with ERP/CRM, logistics, or agri/geo/sensor data, familiarity with NoSQL models and tools (Navicat).
- Understanding of TOGAF/ArchiMate concepts.
- Basic wireframing skills (Figma, Balsamiq).
- Knowledge of non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, security, offline readiness).
