Job Title: Finance Specialist

By partnering with companies and fitness providers, Push30 enables employees to access a wide range of fitness and wellness services through a single, convenient platform.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in the preparation of financial reports and supporting documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency with applicable accounting standards and internal policies.

· Support the preparation of monthly management reports for management review.

· Support the tracking and analysis of capital expenditures against budgets and forecasts and assist in the preparation of variance analysis.

· Support the implementation of cost optimization initiatives.

· Provide support during internal and/or external audit processes and prepare the required financial information and documentation.

· Assist in developing and maintaining of financial models, analytical tools and processes for financial analysis.

· Assist in the preparation of ad-hoc financial analysis and reports as requested by management.

· Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements and related financial reporting.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data required for reporting, budgeting and analysis.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.

· 1-2 years of relevant work experience (reporting or consulting experience is a plus; experience in Big4/Big10 companies is an advantage).

· ACCA FA is a must (FR and/or FM is an advantage).

· Strong analytical thinking and numerical skills.

· Strong verbal and written English skills (Russian is an advantage).

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
