Job Summary:

  • We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join PUSH30 and work closely with business leaders and teams to align HR initiatives with organizational goals. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, supporting managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle while driving people-focused strategies that enhance performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness in a fast-growing startup ecosystem.

Our Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, or a related field;
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or in a similar strategic HR role;
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices;
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English;
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills;
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset;
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of professionalism and integrity;
  • Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced, or startup environments is a strong plus;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner to management and team leads, providing HR guidance and support aligned with business objectives;
  • Partner with managers on workforce planning, recruitment needs, and hiring strategies to attract and retain top talent;
  • Actively participate in the recruitment process by conducting interviews, assessing candidates, and providing hiring recommendations in collaboration with hiring managers;
  • Support and oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and effective integration into the organization;
  • Own and drive the performance management framework, including goal setting, review cycles, feedback culture, and development planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives;
  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant handling of employee concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary actions;
  • Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations in line with labor legislation and company standards;
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, culture-building activities, and internal communication efforts to strengthen organizational culture;
  • Identify learning and development needs and collaborate on training and leadership development programs;
  • Analyze and interpret people data (turnover, engagement, performance, absenteeism) to identify risks, advise leaders, and propose actionable solutions;
  • Support change management initiatives, helping teams adapt to organizational and operational changes in a fast-paced startup environment;
  • Ensure HR practices, documentation, and processes comply with local labor laws and internal policies;
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR efficiency, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.
