Report to: Head of Finance
Responsibilities:
- Organization of accounting system according to the legislation
- Preparation and submission of reports to tax and other government agencies
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely payment and collection of invoices
- Control the preparation of all tax returns accurately and on time
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and tax requirements
- Control of payroll activities
- Oversee and organize the bookkeeping, accounting, period end closure processes, and ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements
- Implement and optimize financial technology solutions to streamline operations, enhance data accuracy, and improve reporting capabilities
Qualification:
- Minimum bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics
- 3-5 years of experience in production
- Advanced knowledge of Azerbaijan Tax regulations as well as PSA taxation
- Strong Knowledge of all accounting, tax and management accounting processes
- PMS (Preference is given to those with international level certificates (ACCA)
- Fluent knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet the deadlines
