Rayda Tour Operator is an international travel company with offices in three countries, specializing in outgoing, incoming, and corporate tourism.
We are looking for a creative and goal-oriented Marketing Manager ready to grow our brand and promote our products both locally and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company’s marketing strategy across key business channels: Outgoing, MICE, Incoming, Corporate, and Ticketing.
- Create and execute marketing strategies for international offices in Georgia and Uzbekistan.
- Managing two main social media pages (Rayda Travel, Rayda Tour Operator)
Manage digital and traditional marketing, including:
- setup and optimization of targeted advertising (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube);
Planning and analysis of Google Ads campaigns;
- Email marketing and CRM communications;
- Organization of offline activities – exhibitions, partner campaigns, and presentations.
Manage branding and PR, ensuring strong visibility and recognition of the company. - Develop and promote new travel products and destinations.
- Participate in national and international business events, B2B meetings, and exhibitions.
- Conduct marketing research and competitive analysis to adapt strategies to market trends.
- Actively engage in professional communities and business clubs to promote the Rayda brand.
- Support and organize FAM trips, exhibitions, and corporate events.
- Identify and develop new partnerships and corporate sales channels.
- Collaborate effectively with international offices.
- Analyze marketing performance and prepare monthly KPI reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian and English
- Proficiency with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Bitrix24, SendGrid, Canva
- Strong creative and analytical thinking, self-motivation, and responsibility
