Job Summary 

  • The international consumer goods company is looking for an experienced Digital Executive to lead multidimensional digital projects, ensuring seamless integration of marketing and digital solutions to deliver innovative, commercialized digital experiences for the market. This role requires strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex projects with diverse stakeholders. 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end management of digital projects, aligning marketing and digital strategies for optimal impact. 
  • Define clear project deliverables, timelines, and dependencies for internal teams, external consultants, and key stakeholders. 
  • Evaluate and implement cutting-edge technology solutions, demonstrating subject matter expertise in digital components of commercial projects. 
  • Oversee creation and deployment of small landing pages, lead generation forms, and digital assets. 
  • Manage online marketing activities across earned and paid channels, including CRM communication. 
  • Ensure compliance with SEO best practices and optimize digital platforms for performance. 
  • Collaborate on application development and deployment, leveraging cloud-based architecture principles. 
  • Monitor and analyze performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.

Requirements

  • University degree in Marketing, Management, or IT (preferred).
  • 1–2 years in Digital roles (Digital Agency, Start-up, or FMCG environment).
  • Proven track record in Digital Marketing (Omnichannel strategy & execution, SMM).
  • Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager.
  • Solid understanding of Technical SEO and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS and CRM systems.
  • Basic HTML and SQL knowledge (advantage).
  • Familiarity with API integration and bot development for messaging apps.
  • Experience in leading the process of application development and deployment, complemented by an understanding of cloud-based architecture principles (Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Azure) as an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and customer-focused mindset.
  • Budget management and financial planning experience.
  • Ability to manage complexity and diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodology and project management.
  • Languages: Fluent in Azerbaijani, English and Russian.
