Responsibilities:
Operational Responsibilities:
- Coordinate With Estimators/Proposal Originators to open the New Jobs in ERP System and respective folders and Register for New Projects and prepare the cost report template.
- Update and monitor the costs on each project and provide reports on status of costs on projects to Department Manager and other parties.
- Collect the Back Ups for Invoicing and submit the invoicing Request to account department on timely Manner.
- Prepare the Accrual reports on Monthly basis.
- Support to prepare the job sheets for client approvals.
- Support to Prepare the Job Completion Reports.
- Verify the personnel timesheets and Enter into the system for approval.
- Support to Prepare the Absence Request for the Department personnel.
- Assistance in monitoring Contracts/ PO reporting and actual spend by month
- Track all contractual commitments and expenditures against them and monitor contract status
- Analyse actual Project budget without overspent, forecast expenditures and making accruals for month end Divisional reports
- Provide support to Account Payable as required to achieve Zero overdue invoices and avoid unwanted credit notes
- Assist to Preparation of Variation Request.
- Asist to prepare the Purchase/Materials Requestions.
- Assist to maintain training records.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in cost control or a similar role is beneficial.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Azerbaijani and English languages (both written and spoken).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
