Location: Baku, Azerbaijan (BEGOC Business Center)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team
- Maintain sales logs, client lists, and internal trackers,
- Assist with preparation and filing of sales documents, sales quotations and client prequalification documents.
- Support with client contract register and update and ensure timely updates to the contract log
- Provide basic support during tender processes, such as document compilation, formatting, and tracking deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams for document collection
- Support sales reporting and data updates
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Basic knowledge of sales or commercial processes is an advantage
- Good MS Office skills (Excel for logs and trackers)
- Organized, attentive to detail, and willing to learn
