Seeking a dynamic and commercially driven CEO to lead and scale a growing retail chain, with a strong focus on expansion. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who combines strategic vision with hands-on execution in a multi-store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Define and execute the company’s growth strategy, with a clear focus on network expansion (new stores, new regions, new formats)

* Lead and develop senior leadership across operations, merchandising and commercial functions

* Oversee site selection, store rollout and expansion

* Optimize store performance and customer experience across the network

* Ensure strong financial performance, P&L ownership and operational efficiency

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a CEO, General Manager or senior executive in a retail environment

* Strong track record in retail expansion and multi-store growth

* Solid category management expertise (assortment planning, pricing, supplier negotiation)

* Experience managing multi-site/store operations

* Strong understanding of retail KPIs, unit economics and business scaling principles

* Strong leadership, decision-making and stakeholder management skills

Deep understanding of the Azerbaijani retail market is a must.
