Location: Baku, Azerbaijan
Terms: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Provide support and necessary information to the visitors
- Plan conferences and meetings for the staff
- Internal documentation management
- Registration and issuance of incoming and outgoing documents;
- Preparation of letters;
- Track requests for payment and send payment to accounting for processing
- Maintain and update contact lists and other office-oriented documents as needed
- Assist in other matters and responsibilities as assigned
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor`s Degree
- Fluent knowledge of Azerbaijani and Russian languages
- Willingness to adapt to and learn quickly
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
