RNK Insurance Services INC, a U.S.-based insurance company, is looking for a part-time Accountant to join our growing team!

We are seeking a detail-oriented, responsible, and reliable individual to support our accounting and financial operations during U.S. business hours.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required)
• Age: 21–50
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); 
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
• Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping is a plus
• Ability to work independently during night shifts

Working Hours:

• Night shift only (9:00 PM – 1:00 AM, aligned with U.S. time zones)
• Part-time position 

Salary & Benefits:

• 600–800 AZN NET (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and reconcile daily financial transactions accurately and on time
• Assist with invoicing, billing entries, and payment tracking
• Support month-end and quarter-end closing processes
• Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation and records
• Assist with preparation of financial reports and summaries
• Identify and help resolve discrepancies in accounts
• Collaborate with other departments such as billing, claims, and customer support
• Adhere to internal processes and uphold accuracy and confidentiality standards
