“Royal Sea Breeze” LLC announces an open position for Digital Designer / Motion Designer:

Royalé Casino is looking for a talented designer to join our creative team in Baku. We are seeking someone who can operate within an established premium visual identity, with a sharp eye for digital aesthetics, meticulous attention to detail, and the discipline to maintain a consistent visual language across all brand communications. 

Responsibilities:

• Create digital content for social media channels, advertising campaigns, and various digital placements;
• Design visuals for Instagram, Stories, Telegram, digital ads, and internal communications;
• Produce motion graphics, animated adaptations, and dynamic content formats;
• Adapt existing creative concepts across different formats, platforms, and screen sizes;
• Work within the established premium brand identity with strict adherence to visual guidelines;
• Uphold a consistent visual standard and maintain disciplined visual quality control;
• Deliver high-quality content efficiently in line with marketing and media team priorities;
• Collaborate closely with the media, marketing, and PR teams.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Digital Designer, Graphic Designer, or Motion Designer;
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Figma;
• Strong motion graphics and animation skills — mandatory;
• Understanding of current digital trends, premium visual communication, and luxury brand aesthetics;
• Experience working with AI image generation tools and prompt writing;
• Knowledge of 3D software and modelling will be a strong advantage;
• Ability to work within a brand guidelines system and existing visual identity;
• High attention to detail, composition, typography, and overall visual precision;
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines;
• A strong portfolio — mandatory; applications without one will not be considered;
• Knowledge of English and Russian — mandatory;
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani is an advantage.
