Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Support Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to customers, courier partners, suppliers, and corporate clients via live chat, email, and phone. You will ensure that orders are processed accurately and on time, and help maintain smooth delivery operations.

Our Requirements: 

• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude;
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian; English proficiency is a plus;
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Willingness to work in the office full-time;
• Team-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to customers, courier partners, suppliers, and corporate clients through live chat, email, and phone.
• Manage and ensure the timely delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly orders to suppliers, delivery teams, and customers.
• Monitor and ensure that delivery operations are running smoothly and without delays.
• Collaborate with the support team and other departments to continuously improve and develop our support processes.
• Be proactive in problem-solving and responding to customer inquiries efficiently.
