Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Tour Desk Agent. This role involves promoting and selling tours to hotel guests, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with travel-related inquiries. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell hotel tours and activities to guests;
• Provide detailed information about available tours, itineraries, and pricing;
• Assist guests with booking tours, transportation, and other travel-related services;
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, events, and activities;
• Ensure customer satisfaction by offering personalized recommendations based on guests' interests and needs;
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner;
• Process payments and manage bookings through the hotel’s reservation system;
• Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Our Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales (experience in the travel or tourism industry is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of local attractions, events, and tourist services.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and reservation software (experience with booking systems is a plus).
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
