About the Role

• We are seeking a motivated Venture Intern to support our team in identifying new opportunities and helping launch early-stage ventures. You’ll work closely with the venture team on market research, idea validation, business case preparation, and early execution tasks across our venture portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Stay updated on industry trends, conducting market research, and actively seeking out new opportunities for innovation;
• Support problem discovery and idea generation through ideation sessions and research;
• Assist in building project plans (timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resourcing assumptions);
• Prepare well-structured project proposals, business cases, and presentations to communicate ideas and concepts to key decision-makers, executives, and stakeholders;
• Support in the implementation phase of project tasks and activities, ensuring they are carried out according to the defined project plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field (MBA preferred);
• Recent graduates are welcome;
• Strong analytical skills, excellent research and problem-solving skills;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Passion for innovation and emerging technologies;
• Prior startup/project experience is a plus.
