What is expected from the candidate:
- Manage the month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of financial statements;
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models;
- Manage financial performance against budget and provide variance analysis;
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accuracy;
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOP);
- Ensure compliance with company policy, procedures and internal control frameworks;
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and internal controls;
- Delegate tasks and oversee the performance of cost control team;
- Work closely with partnerships finance teams and analyze their financial statements;
- To prepare monthly financial performance reports for the company's Senior Management.
What qualifications the candidate need to possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification preferred);
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial & management accounting, 2 years in a management position (experience in HORECA is preferred);
- Knowledge of 1C and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel);
- Ability to multitask and organize;
- Exceptional interpersonal and time management skills.
