What is expected from the candidate:
- Handling incoming calls and messages (WhatsApp, Instagram, messengers);
- Consulting guests on event formats, table deposits, VIP zones;
- Selling deposit and VIP tables;
- Managing reservations and controlling guest seatings;
- Maintaining communication with guests before their visit (confirmations, reminders);
- Working with regular and VIP guests, encouraging repeat visits;
- Coordinating with hostesses, face control, and floor management;
- Resolving guest requests and issues before and during the visit;
- Maintaining and updating the guest database (contacts, preferences, visit history);
- Ensuring service and communication standards are met;
- Preparing reservation and sales reports.
What qualifications the candidate need to possess:
- Experience in nightlife, hospitality, restaurants, lounges, or hotels is preferred;
- Strong communication and sales skills;
- Ability to handle objections and close deals;
- Excellent verbal and written communication;
- Stress resistance and ability to work evening / night shifts (distant);
- Guest-oriented mindset and attention to detail;
- Confident use of messengers and basic CRM tools;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian, English, and Turkish.
