Key Accountabilities:

• Assist in the preparation of (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual) reports to Financial Institutions & HQ;
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes by collecting and analyzing financial data;
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and report variances to finance manager;
• Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure data integrity;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather key financial information for reporting purposes;
• Participate in the analysis of the financial condition of the loan portfolio;
• Analyzing the NBCO’s financial performance, including revenues, expenses, profitability, and liquidity;
• Conduct reporting procedures in accordance with internal control requirements and international financial reporting standards;
• Preparing reports on credit portfolio, product indicators, and profitability;
• Providing necessary information during external audits related to reporting;
• Working closely with internal departments (accounting, risk, credit, etc.) to collect the necessary data for reports;
• Analyzing figures in the reports and providing explanations for significant changes or deviations;
• Other tasks assigned by the manager (financial analysis, data collection, etc.

Required skills:

• The Lead Financial Specialist role requires a strong foundation in accounting, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Candidates should have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, budgeting, and compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local tax legislation is essential.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are necessary.
• The position plays a key role in ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance in financial operations.
• Supports senior management with timely and reliable financial information to aid decision-making.
• Intermediate English proficiency is required to communicate effectively in a multicultural business environment.
• Working in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), at a fluent level is a must.
