We’re Hiring: Metallurgical Engineer
Our manufacturing company is looking for a highly skilled Metallurgical Engineer to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement advanced metallurgical technologies
- Supervise forging, welding, heat treatment, chemical heat treatment, NDT and destructive testing processes
- Analyze chemical and physical properties of raw materials and finished products
- Optimize technological parameters (temperature, time, material consumption, etc.)
- Identify and resolve defects such as cracks, porosity, and structural inconsistencies
- Evaluate the technical capabilities of production equipment
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations
- Prepare technological maps, work instructions, and technical reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering or a related field
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong knowledge of metal structures and material properties
- Hands-on experience with heat treatment processes (quenching, normalizing, tempering, etc.)
- Ability to read technical drawings and work with process documentation
- Experience with measurement and testing equipment
- Familiarity with international standards and regulatory documentation
- English: Intermediate level
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant technical software
