Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration/Management, or a related field (medical background desirable).
- Experience in marketing role within the pharmaceutical industry (required).
- Strong understanding of medical concepts and brand/marketing principles.
- Fluent in Azerbaijani; English required; Russian is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is an advantage (SAP Commercial Process Knowledge (SD/MM/CO modules).
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to lead projects, collaborate across teams, and act with compliance & ethical responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Build 3–5 year brand & portfolio strategy (Rx, OTC; current solids and pipeline sterile/oncology).
- Develop annual operating plans (AOP) with revenue, margin, and share targets; align with CCO.
- Own launch excellence: product profile to label, positioning, access, supply readiness, and post-launch tracking.
- Ensure all product and pricing master data are accurately maintained in SAP (SD/MM modules) for seamless commercial execution.
- Lead brand plans (segmentation, targeting, positioning, messaging) grounded in market insights and competitive intelligence.
- Oversee multi-channel campaigns (HCP detailing, congresses, e-detailers, social/digital per SOP), including creative briefs, media plans, and ROI tracking.
- Govern promotional materials and digital assets per Advertisement SOP and Marketing & Promotional Activities SOP (fair balance, HCP gate for Rx, version control).
- Partner with RA/Finance on Tariff Council submissions, pricing corridors, and net realization targets.
- Shape tender strategies (portfolio bundling, price ladders, win rate vs margin) and support KAM/Sales in bids; monitor tender win rate and fulfillment quality.
- Track guidelines/reimbursement trends (SAMHI/TABIB) and competitor moves; propose proactive actions.
- Own brand forecasts: collaborate with S&OP to balance demand/supply and minimize stock outs/expiry.
- Set data/analytics cadence (market audits, BI dashboards) to steer spend to ROI-positive activities.
- Improve forecast accuracy and align with inventory targets and working capital plans.
- Ensure strict adherence to ABAC, HCP Interactions SOP, Advertisement SOP, and Pricing SOP.
- Open preventive/corrective CAPA for High/Extreme risks.
- Verify that all SAP workflows (pricing approval, PO release, tender quotation) follow compliance and authorization matrix.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team; define roles, KPIs, and development plans.
- Own marketing/BD budget; run quarterly ROI reviews and rebalance spend.
- Establish agency roster and performance SLAs; ensure compliant vendor management.

Working Conditions:
