We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to help drive our brand presence and marketing initiatives in the pharmaceutical sector.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy or any related field
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (pharma, FMCG, or healthcare preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English (Russian preferred).
• Attention to detail and responsibility in document handling.
• Proactive, creative mindset with teamwork orientation.
• Time management and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Understanding of compliance principles in pharmaceutical marketing.
• Presentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of annual marketing plans and product campaigns.
• Support preparation of marketing materials (leaflets, visual aids, digital content) in compliance with internal approval procedures.
• Coordinate logistics for medical events, congresses, and CME programs.
• Maintain marketing databases (doctors, pharmacies, KOLs, institutions).
• Support tender and retail market activities with product information materials.
• Collect and analyze market and competitor data (IQVIA, public tenders, etc.).
• Monitor pricing, reimbursement, and competitor promotional activities.
• Prepare summary reports and presentations for management.
• Track product performance (sales, stock, distribution).
• Assist in new product launch activities (materials, training, communication).
• Support the planning and execution of scientific meetings, workshops, and KOL engagements.
• Maintain updated KOL database and profiles within the assigned therapeutic area.
• Ensure alignment with brand identity and corporate communication standards.
• Liaise with Business Development, Sales, and Regulatory teams.
• Support marketing budget tracking and vendor coordination.
• Assist with documentation and archiving promotional materials for audits.

Working Conditions:

• Working Hours: 5 days a week, from 09:00 to 18:00.
