We are looking for a motivated and technically strong “SAP ABAP Developer” to join our SAP project team at Scandens Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd.
The role focuses on custom developments, integrations, enhancements, bug fixing, and application support within our SAP S/4HANA (RISE) environment.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with SAP ABAP development 
• Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture.

Experience with:

• ABAP reports, enhancements, user exits, BADIs
• Debugging and performance troubleshooting
• Experience or understanding of SAP integrations, including:
• IDOCs and/or web services (inbound/outbound) / RFC / OData
• Support of interfaces with third-party systems
• Experience with ABAP Development Tools (Eclipse).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• English at intermediate level or higher (written and spoken).

Desirable requirements:

• Experience with CDS Views and basic AMDP understanding.
• Exposure to Fiori / UI5 developments.
• Knowledge of SAP RISE or cloud-based SAP landscapes.
• Interest in SAP BTP and modern SAP technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and support SAP ABAP programs in SAP S/4HANA environment.
• Design and support interfaces and integrations (inbound / outbound) with third-party systems.
• Support custom developments, reports, interfaces, and minor enhancements after Go-Live.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and integration-related issues during implementation and post-Go-Live support.
• Collaborate closely with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Support data corrections, adjustments, and small custom logic changes when required.
• Support testing activities (unit testing, support UAT, integration testing support).
• Maintain technical documentation for developments, interfaces, and changes.
• Support production issues and continuous system improvements.
