- University degree (logistics, management, pharmaceuticals, or related field).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and WMS/ERP systems.
- Hands-on experience with SAP.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Organizational, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to make decisions and maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Full compliance with GMP and GDP requirements in all warehouse operations.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparing and maintaining all warehouse-related documentation, including SOPs, Work Instructions (WIs), and relevant forms. Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up to date, and properly filed.
- Supervise daily warehouse activities and coordinate the work of warehousemen.
- Ensure compliance of receiving, storage, issuing, and dispatch processes with SOPs, GMP, and GDP.
- Monitor warehouse conditions (temperature, humidity, hygiene), perform regular checks, and record results.
- Organize proper categorization, placement, and labeling of materials and products.
- Conduct regular inventory counts, prepare reports, and submit them to management.
- Oversee proper functioning and maintenance of warehouse equipment (forklifts, trolleys, pallet movers, etc.).
- Ensure safe storage of hazardous, sensitive, and perishable products according to specific requirements.
- Organize training of warehouse staff on GMP/GDP, safety, and occupational health.
- Report any deviations, OOS, or OOT cases to QA and management in a timely manner.
- Ensure proper use of WMS/ERP systems for digital warehouse management.
- Managing rejects, recalls and returned products/material in accordance with relevant SOP.
- Ensure that all warehouse area keys are kept in a designated secure key box and take full responsibility for the key box located in the warehouse office area.
- Ensure that materials stored in restricted or controlled areas (such as Recall, Rejected, Returned, and Printed Packing Material areas) are properly secured, and access to these areas is strictly controlled.
- To monitor and ensure the calibration of equipment in the department that needs to be calibrated.
- Monitor and follow up on the maintenance and proper functioning of all warehouse equipment to ensure operational efficiency, reliability, and safety.
- To monitor the pest control activities carried out in the department
- Ensure safe storage of hazardous, sensitive, cold chain and perishable products according to specific requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive, accurate records of all warehouse activities, including incoming and outgoing shipments, for traceability and transparency.
- Maintaining health, safety and hygiene standards in the warehouse environment to ensure a safe and orderly work area.
- To monitor the regular cleaning of the warehouse
- Manage the proper disposal of rejected, damaged, or expired stock according to established procedures.
- Report damaged containers to QC and QA immediately
- Carefully follow all procedures written in the own department
- Carry out other tasks assigned by management.

Working Conditions:
- Working Hours: 5 days a week, from 09:00 to 18:00.
