About the Role
SDA Consulting is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Manager to lead the leasing of business centers and commercial spaces across our portfolio (3–4 projects). The main objective of this role is to ensure the efficient leasing of vacant units while building long-term, productive relationships with tenants and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end leasing process for vacant commercial spaces within assigned projects
- Identify and approach potential tenants, build relationships, and lead lease negotiations
- Prepare and deliver professional leasing proposals and presentations
- Present projects to clients and conduct regular site visits
- Maintain accurate documentation of all leasing processes and signed agreements
- Actively participate in networking events to expand contacts and generate business opportunities
- Provide regular reports and updates to the Director and Project Manager
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a client-facing field (real estate, retail, banking, corporate sales, or other customer-oriented industries)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in Azerbaijani (high level), with good knowledge of Russian and English
- Ability to prepare and present professional commercial offers
- Proactive, strong personality, and a team player
- Confident user of office applications and CRM systems
