Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to senior management.
- Work with documentation: prepare, organize, analyze, and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Support basic financial tasks, including data tracking, simple analysis, and assistance with financial documentation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries using Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Monitor deadlines, follow up on tasks, and ensure timely execution of assigned activities.
- Coordinate internal communication and interact with different departments when required.
- Assist in planning schedules, meetings, and business-related activities.
- Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Experience in working with documentation and structured information.
- Good command of Excel (tables, formulas, basic analysis).
- Basic financial knowledge and understanding of financial data.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
- Good communication skills; knowledge of English is an advantage.
