Responsibilities:
- Email and phone correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings.
- Participate in recruitment and dismissal processes.
- Monitoring staff utilization and maintaining staff track
- Checking of vacation planning with Team and Preparation of vacation planning schedules;
- Arranging tickets for professional events and for team building activities;
- Reporting to Commercial Manager and Technical Office Manager;
- Arranging physical documents in folders;
- Control over sending and receiving documents
- Managing the purchase of office supplies (stationary and kitchenette)
- Transport control (taxi scheduling, GPS control, etc.)
- Assisting manager with other administrative requests
Requirements:
- Work ethics, integrity and commitment
- Knowledge of MS Office programs
- High degree of self-motivation, energy and strong desire to learn
- Office equipment handling
