Job Description

• The Finance Intern is responsible for supporting daily financial operations, focusing on accurate and timely payment processing. 
• Successful Position holders are excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems, and work well  both independently and in a team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist with treasury processes. 
• Check and verify invoices received. 
• Collect required information for processing payments via internet banking.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as required by their supervisor.
• Review and process employee expense reports. 
• Work closely with internal departments and external vendors to resolve any payment issues.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Recent graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. (within the last 3 years)
• Basic understanding of treasury processes.
• Experience with invoice verification and payment processing is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS, especially Excel. SAP experience is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail.
• Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Previous internship or entry-level experience in treasury preferred but not required.
