Conditions:

• Job type: Fixed
• Working hours: 08:00 – 17:00
• Working days: Monday to Friday (5 days per week)
• Overtime: May be required upon mutual agreement
• Location: Baku, Azerbaijan

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Monitoring cementing material loadouts and backloads.
• Gathering required samples.
• Performing sample collection from client facilities, the seaport, and the airport.
• Managing disposal of expired and excess materials.
• Cleaning and recycling sample containers (bottles and buckets).
• Maintaining and updating both electronic and physical sample databases.
• Collecting lab orders from the commercial store.
• Gathering samples for RPS (sand control chemicals).
• Cleaning and preparing lab equipment essential for daily testing (slurry mixing cups, TT cups, UCA cells, Rheometers).
• On occasion, work outside regular hours may be required to collect urgent samples from remote locations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or recent graduate are welcomed; however, a high school education or equivalent is sufficient. This role is suitable for individuals who want to start their career and grow within a laboratory environment.
• Previous experience in sampling or as a helper in drilling, laboratory, or field operations is an advantage.
• Willingness to perform manual and routine tasks.
• Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and handle materials safely.
• Basic awareness of workplace health, safety standards.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
• Ability to work at different locations such as laboratories, ports, and airport facilities.
• Basic communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills are an advantage.
