Work Regime: 5 days per week (Monday-Friday)
The Treasury Assistant is responsible for supporting daily financial operations, focusing on accurate and timely payment processing.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist with treasury processes.
- Check and verify invoices received.
- Collect required information for processing payments via internet banking.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as required by their supervisor.
- Review and process employee expense reports.
- Work closely with internal departments and external vendors to resolve any payment issues.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. (within the last 3 years)
- Basic understanding of treasury processes.
- Experience with invoice verification and payment processing is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS, especially Excel. SAP experience is an advantage.
- Good attention to detail.
- Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Previous internship or entry-level experience in treasury preferred but not required.
