Responsibilities:
- Review, negotiate, and support the preparation of contracts including but not limited to EPC, equipment supply, consultancy, and O&M agreements.
- Collaborate with project management and engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy, completeness, and compliance of contract terms, scopes of work, and performance guarantees with project requirements and industry standards.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual and technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the development and application of contract templates incorporating both commercial and technical best practices.
- Coordinate with legal, procurement, engineering, and project management teams to align contract content with business and operational objectives.
- Support the procurement process by ensuring supplier and subcontractor agreements meet technical and commercial project requirements.
- Assist in evaluating contractor proposals, identifying gaps or inconsistencies in pricing, scope, or deliverables.
- Monitor contract performance and coordinate any changes through formal variation or change order procedures.
- Maintain organized contract records, track key obligations and deadlines, and ensure coordination with project teams for documentation and reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in renewable energy, power generation, or infrastructure projects.
- Technical understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, equipment schedules, and project execution methodologies.
- Experience working with standard contract forms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
