Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end shipment transportation processes from carrier assignment to final delivery.
• Identify and implement cost-saving and process optimization opportunities in logistics operations.
• Validate and audit freight invoices, ensuring compliance with contractual rates and accounting principles.
• Coordinate and manage logistics-related issues, including urgent shipments, non-conformance cases, and customs escalations.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and logistics processes efficiently.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in international freight forwarding.
• Bachelor’s degree
• Fluency in English and Azerbaijani.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in logistics.
• Russian language proficiency.
• Western Education in a relevant field.
