Experience & Qualifications

• Strong & proven experience in materials management with knowledge of the Materials Management processes & systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a proven track record of building strong relationships and delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Continuous improvement approach with bias towards lean process delivery through elimination of non-value adding activities, ability to solve problems and relentless focus on safety.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels in the organization with positive influencing approach.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data: data trends and insights.
• Knowledge of systems necessary to deliver warehouse activities, such as SAP, Backbone, etc.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead materials coordination team.
• Effectively interact with and ensure alignment of stakeholders at all levels in the organization.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement across all aspects of E2E process and associated systems.
• Recommend interventions to respective participants of E2E process.
• Lead the development of demand forecast information.
• Implement demand reduction opportunities.
