Contributing to the daily administration and stable operation of the company’s corporate IT systems, identity and access management platforms, email, archiving, and other critical infrastructure services; independently resolving standard and moderately complex technical issues, appropriately escalating more complex problems, and participating in automation, patching, recovery, and documentation activities.

Job responsibilities

  • Perform daily administration of Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, and other identity services and resolve standard user/system requests;
  • Manage accounts, groups, synchronization processes, and related operational tasks in Microsoft Entra ID and Entra Connect environments;
  • Perform daily administration of Microsoft Exchange Server and Exchange Online environments and investigate mail flow, Autodiscover, and standard Hybrid Exchange issues;
  • Provide administration and user support for Microsoft 365 services, Enterprise Applications, SSO, Conditional Access, and MFA configurations within approved standards;
  • Monitor mailbox and journal archiving systems and execute search and email recovery requests;
  • Provision approved vendor and internal access through the Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform, monitor access activity, and escalate deviations;
  • Execute SSL/TLS certificate renewal, deployment, and maintenance of certificate records;
  • Apply security updates and patches across critical corporate systems and participate with senior specialists in upgrade and migration activities;
  • Systematically investigate and resolve L2 authentication, synchronization, mail flow, replication, and SSO issues;
  • Use PowerShell scripts to automate daily administrative operations and reporting and contribute to improving existing scripts;
  • Verify backup results and participate in Disaster Recovery restoration tests and capacity monitoring activities;
  • Participate in incident resolution, collect technical evidence required for Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and support implementation of preventive measures;
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for existing system architecture, configurations, operational procedures, and technical records;
  • Provide technical support to the team during testing, Proof of Concept (PoC), and deployment activities for new technologies;
  • Coordinate daily technical issues and escalations at operational level with vendor support teams and other IT teams;
  • Manage application deployments, monthly Software Updates, collections, and client troubleshooting through Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM).

Requirements

  • Higher education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
  • English – Intermediate level or above
  • Relevant international professional certifications are preferred
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy;
  • Practical administration knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Entra Connect;
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server, Exchange Online, and Microsoft 365;
  • Understanding of Hybrid Identity and Hybrid Exchange architecture and core operational principles;
  • PowerShell administration, reporting, and basic automation skills;
  • Practical knowledge of PKI and SSL/TLS Certificate Management;
  • Knowledge of mailbox and journal archiving systems;
  • Practical understanding of SMTP, LDAP/LDAPS, Kerberos, and HTTPS protocols;
  • Knowledge of High Availability and Disaster Recovery principles;
  • Enterprise-level troubleshooting, log analysis, and systematic diagnostic skills;
  • Knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) principles and operations;
  • Understanding of core integration and authentication principles for SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SSO;
  • Practical experience with application deployment, Software Updates, and client troubleshooting through Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM);
  • Logical, systematic, and analytical approach to daily tasks and moderately complex problem resolution;
  • Ability to manage time effectively across multiple requests and tasks and set appropriate priorities;
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within the team and communicate with users in a customer-oriented and empathetic manner;
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing work environments, technologies, policies, and processes and continuously learn;
  • Ability to apply Zero Trust principles and a security-aware mindset in daily operations and promptly escalate suspicious or non-standard requests.
