Job Description: Subsea Production System Engineer with relevant subsea architecture knowledge and experience

Job duties: 

• Provide the lead of the project functions, overseeing the project activities.
• Lead engineering activities associated with the project management including, documentation, specifications, procedures, calculations, reports and drawings.
• Lead engineering expertise to all areas of the project, Feasibility, FEED, Detailed Engineering Design, Execution.
• Lead subsea engineering activities to ensure projects are executed in a safe, efficient, cost effective and timely manner.
• Ensure the project conforms to the applicable regulatory and code requirements.
• Lead the efficient delivery of the project within schedule, cost and quality standards.
• Lead in the identification and resolution of project issues at all the opportunities.
• Lead in the preparation of all project reports, interface definition and management. The position envisages seconded to the project operating division during FEED engineering period at first stage

Essential experience and job requirements: 

• Diploma, certificate in Engineering or equivalent certification, BSc, MSc.
• At least 5 years’ professional experience in the field
• Excellent understanding of Project Engineering requirements
• Understanding of the Capital Value Process.
• Ability to review technical reports with minimum guidance; Good IT skills using software
• Good capability of reading & understanding technical drawings, P&ID, PFD, diagrams, reports, and other technical documentation
• Good written and verbal communication skills of English
• Good interpersonal skills
• Work requires a degree of analytical, interpretative, and constructive thinking, with a significant degree of evaluative judgment.
• Works in accordance with Company policies, directives, objectives, procedures and international engineering standards.
• Coaching the junior engineers in the development progression.
