Responsibilities

• Design visuals for digital platforms (social media, LinkedIn, website, banners) 
• Develop print materials (brochures, flyers, posters, event materials) 
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs 
• Collaborate with PR, and content teams to translate ideas into visuals 
• Prepare and adapt designs for different formats and platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, outdoor, etc.) 
• Develop and maintain professional PowerPoint presentations and layouts
• Take photos when required and perform photo editing and retouching
• Work with vendors for production and printing processes 
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements:

• Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). AI Integration: Hands-on experience with AI-based design tools (e.g., generative AI, image enhancement tools). 3D & Motion Design: Proficiency in 3D design (Blender, Cinema 4D) and motion graphics/video editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro). 
• Presentation Skills: Strong expertise in PowerPoint design and advanced presentation layout techniques. 
• Photography: Basic photography skills, including professional photo editing and retouching.
• Portfolio: A comprehensive portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skill, and attention to detail. Design Fundamentals: Deep understanding of branding, typography, and layout principles. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and strictly adhere to deadlines. Office Suite: General proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
