Responsibilities
- Implementation of the annual internal communications strategy in alignment with the company's business objectives.
- Optimize information flow across the internal portal, mobile applications, corporate social networks, and email notifications.
- Organize internal campaigns, competitions, and recognition programs designed to increase employee motivation and organizational loyalty.
- Establish clear communication channels to proactively address concerns during structural changes, software migrations, or the implementation of new internal procedures.
- Measure the effectiveness of communication campaigns and distributed messages, providing detailed quarterly performance reports.
- Keep company intranet updated and ensuring effective internal communication, content governance, and continuous improvement of user engagement across the organization.
- Conducting internal communication training and equipping employees and managers with the skills, tools, and best practices to communicate effectively and consistently across the organization.
Requirements
- Higher education.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in internal communications, corporate PR, or copywriting.
- Excellent grammatical and stylistic writing skills in Azerbaijani, along with proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in working with internal communication platforms, survey tools, and newsletter systems.
- Advanced MS Power Point and Canva user
- Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data to derive meaningful insights from employee feedback.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage effectively with various management levels and departments.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to strictly adhere to deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
