Position Overview:

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead our business development efforts in Azerbaijan while managing projects and a small local team. Business development will be the primary focus of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in Azerbaijan;
• Build and maintain strong client relationships;
• Lead negotiations and close deals;
• Manage AI implementation and automation projects end-to-end;
• Coordinate and supervise a small local team;
• Support delivery of AI training programs when required (as an entry point for larger automation projects);

Requirements:

• Strong business development and sales capabilities;
• Solid project management skills;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian;
• Ability to work independently and drive market growth;
